A dry red wine made from delicately selected Pinot Noir grapes. This wine is defined by a delicate ruby red color. The nose is remarkable, with fruity aromas of raspberries, cranberries and morello cherries. The taste is medium-bodied and elegant, with combined aromas of red berries and liquorice. Тhe 15-month ageing process in French and American oak barrels provides the wine with more structure and spicy hints of clove and smoke, finishing with a long aftertaste. The harmonic acids and the soft velvety tannins provide this wine with a several-year bottle ageing capacity.

This wine is perfectly paired with smoked salmon specialties, foie gras or with a selection of creamy cheeses.

A dry red wine made by vinification of carefully selected Montepulciano (71% ) and Vranec (29%) grapes from Kamnik own vineyards. The grapes are groomed with special care and the method of crop reduction is applied. This wine is characterized by a deep ruby red color and by its intense nose revealing aromas of ripe blackberries and black plums. The taste is full-bodied and remarkable, with combined tones of cappuccino and cocoa, finishing with a long aftertaste. The soft velvety tannins and the harmonic acids enable the several-year ageing capacity of the wine.

Pairing: with red meat specialties, foie gras with onion jam or with a selection of strong cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: 13-15°C

CUVÉE DE PRESTIGE 2017

A dry red wine produced by vinification of delicately selected grapes of the following grape varieties: Merlot (43%), Vranec (38%) and Cabernet Franc (19%). The wine is characterized by an intense ruby red color. Its appealing aroma of dark berries is complemented by spicy undertones and finishes with a long aftertaste revealing cappuccino and dark chocolate. The complexity of this cuvée results from the 15-month ageing in new and partly used French and American oak barrels. The taste is full-bodied, with a high content of extract, harmonic acids and soft velvety tannins that provide this wine with a bottle ageing capacity of several years.

Pairing: with a selection of strong cheeses, meat, and game specialties.

Ten Barrels Syrah
Reserva 2017

This dry red wine is made from Syrah grapes from the vineyards surrounding the Kamnik winery. The unique touch of this wine results from the double crop reduction, a method which leads to a partial dehydration of the grapes on the vines and obtaining phenolic ripening of the grapes. The wine has an intense ruby red color, high extract and high ageing capacity. The bouquet is abundant in red and dark berries, complemented with sub tones of violet flowers which is spotlighted through the vinification with 2% of Viognier grapes. The complexity of this wine comes from the ageing in new American and French oak barrels for 17 months, which enables obtaining discreet spicy tones of clover complemented with aromas of mocha coffee, vanilla and licorice. The taste is elegant and full-bodied, with excellent structure, soft and velvety tannins and perfectly integrated oak aromas with a long aftertaste. The wine has a bottle ageing capacity of several years.

The recommended serving temperature is 15-18°С.
Pairing with meat specialties, especially with game in piquant sauces.

This premium red wine, produced from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, is defined by a deep ruby red color with dark red hues. A genuine reserva wine with a recognizable, ripe and abundant nose with a fruity and spicy character. This wine unveils dark berries combined with liquorice, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and mint, complemented with vanilla and spice tones. The complexity of this wine is a result of the 23-month ageing process in new French and American oak barrels. The taste is full-bodied, harmonious, with a solid structure, impressive and soft tannins and with a long and pleasant aftertaste which marks this wine with a particular charm and with a several year bottle ageing capacity.

This wine is best served at 16-18°С. It is perfectly combined with meat specialties, especially with beef steak in a green pepper sauce or game in a spicy sauce.

A dry red wine produced 100% from Vranec variety grapes that were let to partially dry on the vines. The density of the wine is typical for this variety; it has excellent vivacity and nice viscosity. The wine is defined by a dark ruby red color. Тhe fruity and spicy nose unveils a fusion of ripe blackberries, blueberries and plums, with a discreet hint of mint. The 24-month ageing process in new French and American oak barrels ensures obtaining exceptionally full-bodied and intense taste of red berries jam with a long and persistent chocolate aftertaste. The harmonic acids, the soft velvety tannins and the complex bouquet with a delicate structure provide this wine with a long ageing potential. If aged for an extended period, under appropriate ambient conditions, this wine will display even more complexity and splendor.

Signature Merlot Grand Reserva 2017

This exquisite dry red wine is produced from 100% carefully selected Merlot grapes. The wine is characterized by a deep ruby red color with dark purple hues. The curiosity about this wine is the 24-month ageing process during which the French and American oak barrels were twice replaced with new ones. This rarely used ageing method, 200% barrique, results in an intensive, ripe and complex aroma of black fruits purée, discreet vanilla with mint and clove hints. The taste is rich, full-bodied, harmonious, with an excellent balance, soft tannins, and with a long fruity-and-chocolate aftertaste. A careful cellaring of several years in bottle under appropriate conditions will ensure the development of its further complexity.

The wine is best served at 15-18° C, with red meat dishes, game in piquant sauces, strong cheese.
