A dry red wine produced 100% from delicately selected Pinot Noir grapes. This wine is defined by a pale ruby red color. The nose is remarkable, with aromas of raspberries, cranberries and morello cherries. The taste is medium-bodied and elegant, with combined aromas of red berries and licorice, complemented with spicy tones of clove and smoke, finishing with a long aftertaste. The harmonic acids and the soft velvety tannins provide this wine with a several-year bottle ageing capacity.

Combine this wine with smoked salmon specialties, foie gras, or with a selection of creamy cheeses.

A dry red wine produced as a blend from carefully selected grapes in our vineyards from the distinguished varieties: Vranec (40%), Merlot (40%) and Carmenere (20%). The wine is characterized with a ruby red color. The aroma is complex; the dominant fruity-spicy character reveals ripe morello cherries complemented with discrete vanilla undertones. The taste is full-bodied, with a velvety structure, soft tannins and with a long aftertaste.

Combine this wine with selected strong cheeses, Italian sausages and various meat specialties. Recommended serving temperature: 14-16°С.

This estate bottled dry red wine with a controlled and guaranteed origin is made from 90% of Montepulciano grapes and 10% of Merlot grape. The method of crop reduction is applied. This wine is defined by a deep ruby red color. The nose is intense, with aromas of ripe blackberries and wild cherries. The taste is full-bodied and remarkable, with combined tastes of cappuccino and tobacco complemented with fine strings of smoke, finishing with a jammy aftertaste. The harmonic acids and the soft velvety tannins provide this wine with a several-year ageing capacity.

Combine this wine with red meat specialties, foie gras with onion jam, or with selected strong cheeses.

CUVÉE DE PRESTIGE 2014

Estate bottled dry red wine with a controlled and guaranteed origin, produced by vinification of delicately selected grapes of the Merlot (69%), Cabernet Franc (18%) and of the Vranec (13%) grape varieties. The wine is characterized by an intense ruby red color, an appealing aroma of ripe dark berries and discrete vegetative notes complemented with dark chocolate hints. The complexity of this cuvée results from the several-month ageing in new and partly used 225 L oak barrels. The taste is full-bodied, with a high content of extract, harmonic acids and soft velvety tannins that provide this wine with ageing capacity of several years.

Combine this wine with strong cheeses, meat and game specialties, or with spicy dishes.

TEN BARRELS SYRAH
Reserva 2015

This estate bottled Syrah wine is marked with a touch of excellence resulting from the double crop reduction, which leads to a partial dehydration of the grapes on the vines, but also from the presence of 4% of Vranec grapes. These steps enable obtaining a phonologically ripe wine with an intense ruby red color, high extract and high ageing capacity. The bouquet is abundant in red and dark berries. The complexity of this wine comes from the 12-month ageing in new American and French oak barrels that enable obtaining discreet spicy tones of clover, complemented with aromas of dark chocolate, vanilla and liqorice. The taste is elegant and full-bodied, with excellent structure, soft velvety tannins and nicely integrated oak aromas with a long aftertaste.

This wine is characterized by a deep ruby red color with purple hues. The 20 months of ageing in new American and French oak barriques gives this wine a complex nose that reveals fruity and spicy tones, with dominant prunes complemented with hints of vanilla and coffee. The palate of this full-bodied wine is well developed and elegant, abundant in soft and integrated tannins. The liquorice and chocolate aftertaste is long and pleasant.

This premium red wine, produced from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, is defined by a deep ruby red color with dark red hues. A genuine reserva wine with a recognizable, ripe, abundant nose with a fruity and spicy character. This wine unveils berries combined with liquorice, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and mint, complemented with vanilla and spice tones. The complexity of this wine is a result of the 24-month ageing process in new French and American oak barrels. The taste is full-bodied, harmonious, with a solid structure, impressive and strong tannins and with a long and pleasant aftertaste that marks this wine with a particular charm.

This wine is best served at 16-18°С. It is perfectly combined with meat specialties, especially with beef steak in a green pepper sauce or game in a spicy sauce.

TERROIR VRANEC

A dry red wine produced 100 % from Vranec variety grapes that were let to partially dry on the vines. The density is typical for this variety; it has excellent vivacity and nice viscosity. The wine is defined by a dark ruby red color. Тhe fruity and spicy nose unveils a fusion of ripe blackberries, blueberries and plums, with a discreet hint of mint. The 28-month ageing process in new American oak barriqes ensures obtaining an exceptionally full-bodied and intense taste of red berries jam with a long and persistent chocolate aftertaste. The harmonic acids, the soft velvety tannins and the complex bouquet with a delicate structure provide this wine with a long ageing potential. If aged for an extended period, under appropriate ambient conditions, this wine will show even more complexity and splendor.

A special semi-dry red wine produced from 100% carefully selected grapes of the Merlot variety. The wine is characterized by a deep ruby red color with dark purple hues. The curiosity about this wine is the natural crop reduction resulting in partial dehydration of the grapes on the vine itself. The 23-months ageing process that takes place in new American and French oak barriques results in an intense, ripe and complex nose of red berries purée, discrete vanilla and hues of menthol and clove. The taste is rich, full-bodied and exceptionally ripe, with a soft tannin structure and harmonic acids, and with a long-lasting fruit-&-chocolate aftertaste. The extended bottle ageing period, under appropriate conditions, will add even more complexity to this wine. This wine is perfectly combined with red meat specialties, game in piquant sauce, strong cheeses.

The taste is full-bodied, harmonic and highly extractive, with pleasant acids that make this wine well balanced, with a long aftertaste.
